At ito ay malinaw na natatakbuhan dahil hindi nga naman pwede makulong ang may-ari ng kumpanya sa pagkaka-utang lamang. Tunay na mga tuso at magagaling sa batas itong mga politiko natin. Masasabi ko na malamang lahat ng mga politiko ganito ang diskarte...wala pang kulong.

Magtatayo ng kumpanya at uutang ng bilyon bilyon sa gobyerno ng walang balak bayaran. Tunay ngang walang nakukulong sa utang...ito ang prinsipyo ginagamit ng mga politiko ntin kaya nakakapagtaka kung san napupunta ang daang bilyong pera ng gobyerno.

It is frustrating to see their faces on the tarpaulin instead of the prescribed information like name of project, date of implementation,amount of contract, source/s of fund, among other things. Best blogs honored at PBA 2009

The country’s best bloggers were feted once again at the 2009 Philippine Blog Awards held at the PETA-Phinma Theatre last Friday. Now on its third year, the event honored the best blogs in sixteen different categories: technology, travel, entertainment, personal, food and beverage, family and living, news and media, business, sports, hobby and recreation, fashion, photoblog, culture and arts, commentary, videocast, podcast, humor, gaming, advocacy, and beauty. Awards were also given for the ten best blog posts of the year and for blogs in special categories on blog design, Filipino blog abroad, foreign blog, blogger’s choice, and Filipiniana.

PCIJ platform architect Jaemark Tordecilla came away with an award for Best Sports Blog for his blog Fire Quinito, a funny and irreverent take on Philippine sports.

The event also paid tribute to former PCIJ multimedia director Alecks Pabico, who passed away Wednesday night. Alecks was a pioneer in online journalism, a self-taught techie who singlehandedly handled the launch in 1999 of the PCIJ website and in 2004 the PCIJ blog, the first institutional blog by a major news organization. With Alecks at the helm, the PCIJ was at the forefront of innovations in blogging, podcasting, and videocasts.

The Center led by Alecks won the 2007 Philippine Blog Award for best news media blog and the 2008 Philippine Blog Award for best podcast.
