KEPCO's delay in the completion of the plant
Delay in the target completion date to June 5, 2002 from January
2, 2002
Instruct NPC to collect from KEPCO the penalty charges due to
NPC for delay in plant completion.
Fee Structure and escalation formula under the Gas Sale and
Purchase Agreement (GSPA-related contract)
Due to high price of natural gas, NPC may not be able to
dispatch the Ilijan plant.
Negotiate with Shell for a reduction in price of the natural gas
